Gdańsk Convention Bureau (GCB) was established in 2005 as the city conventions organiser and operates within the framework of Gdańsk Tourist Organisation, an association with over 100 members, including Gdańsk as the major player.
Gdańsk Convention Bureau’s main task is the promotion of Gdańsk and the Region as a conference destination and supporting organisers in planning business events in our region.

Oiler Ltd is the largest company in the country in terms of waste oil collection, with regional offices scattered throughout Poland.
Our task was to create a portal called ‘National Network of Waste Oil Collection’ aimed at people dealing with lubricating oils on a daily basis. It is supposed to provide online tools and propagate knowledge about dealing with waste oil in a responsible and sustainable manner. The most interesting functionalities include the possibility to generate electronic reports on produced waste, both one-time and periodic. A functional businessman’s calendar provides current information about important events and reminds about reporting requirements in various institutions.

Olivia Business Centre – a complex of office buildings under construction, located in Gdańsk-Oliwa at Grunwaldzka Alley. The office centre will comprise seven buildings and will be developed in a few stages. On completion, it will cover almost 120,000 sq km of class A, on the area of 3.5 hectares.
TPS is a property developer, real estate consultancy and a commercial property manager in Northern Poland.

LONZApet was established in 1956 as a company specialising in plastics processing. Throughout its whole existence, it has been consistently developing to achieve the current high level of expertise, appreciated both on domestic and overseas markets.
Due to a large number of orders, extensive fleet of machines and a large number of staff, the company felt the need to employ a computer system. However, no ready-made system could cater for its specific activity and own procedures. That is where GlobalVanet came in offering dedicated solutions which were fully tailored to the company’s needs and processes.

Artic Group, whose beginnings go back to 1986, has developed a wide range of services. Having started with the maritime industry, it gradually expanded into employment exchange, sea vessels overhaul and construction, personal, financial and technological management and counselling as well as IT services. Artic Group office network covers Norway, Poland and Russia.
Scattered offices, a number of projects and, particularly, the activity of employment exchange involve countless documents and activities which require a proper IT system. It seems that without implementing appropriate applications, a wide-ranging activity would not be possible.
